Who counts as a 'Connected Party'?

'Connected parties' are either:

• Officers, directors and employees of either the investee company and/or of Growthdeck, together with their spouses, partners, children and grandchildren
• Officers, directors and employees of key suppliers to the investee company and/or of Growthdeck, again extending to their spouses, partners, children and grandchildren

We will disclose the amount of investment in a business made by all connected parties.
