ITPEnergised is a world-leading consultancy offering energy, environmental, engineering, technical advisory and renewables asset management services. The raise enabled ITPE, to acquire a complementary business, and offered investors 12% interest, plus 4% equity, and combined targeted returns of 25% IRR.
