Growthdeck Appoints Frederick Hamilton as CEO and Kieron Launder as Chairman

Frederick Hamilton – CEO
Frederick Hamilton has been with Growthdeck for 2.5 years having had a decade of experience, analysing, and executing deals across UK pre-seed to Series B investments, with a particular focus on DeepTech. He has held board positions for leading Oxford University spin-outs including Brill Power, Oxford Quantum Circuits, and Salience Labs.

Previously Head of Investment, Hamilton has built a reputation for delivering investor success through sharp analysis, strategic deal structuring and a passion for supporting innovative companies on their growth journey.

Kieron Launder – Chairman
Kieron Launder has over three decades of financial sector experience, having held senior roles including Head of Strategic Advisory Services at Rothschild – where he advised ultra-high-net-worth families on long-term investing and risk mitigation – Chief Investment Officer at Schroder Private Banking and Head of Investment Strategy at Cazenove Capital.

An active investor in unlisted private companies for more than 20 years, Launder combines deep strategic expertise with a personal passion for helping investors identify and back high-potential businesses.
