Simon works with founders to scale businesses and deliver strong investor returns. He founded Hotbed, the UK’s leading private investor network, and served as Finance Director of Addtron, which grew to over $100m sales, and Irisys, which was acquired by US multinational Fluke Corporation. A Chartered Accountant (FCA), he holds a PPE degree from Oxford and an MBA from Stanford.

Paul identifies and evaluates technology and engineering investments. He has eight years in venture capital and a decade in M&A and SME finance, having led corporate finance teams at a top accountancy firm and a private equity boutique. An Oxford MEng graduate, he specialised in nanotechnology fuel cell research.

Jonathan oversees operations, ensuring robust financial management and portfolio support. An Oxford Engineering Science graduate and Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), he has co-founded and scaled businesses to successful exits, including Golfbidder and a £30m turnover mobile phone recycling company.
