Kieron brings over 35 years of global investment experience, having held senior roles at Citi Private Bank, Rothschild Wealth Management, Schroders Private Bank, and Cazenove. His expertise spans liquid and illiquid markets, private equity, risk management and long-term wealth planning. Kieron holds an Economics and Statistics degree from UCL.

Frederick leads investment strategy, deal sourcing, execution, and operational delivery. With over a decade of experience investing in and serving on boards of high-growth UK tech companies—including Oxford Quantum Circuits, described by Jensen Huang as “the next Nvidia”—he holds degrees from Melbourne and Oxford and is pursuing an EMBA at SDA Bocconi.

Becky connects investors to early-stage opportunities, drawing on 15 years in financial services at J.P. Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and RBS. She moved into private equity to build investor relations functions and now ensures investors are informed and supported.

Simon works with founders to scale businesses and deliver strong investor returns. He founded Hotbed, the UK’s leading private investor network, and served as Finance Director of Addtron, which grew to over $100m sales, and Irisys, which was acquired by US multinational Fluke Corporation. A Chartered Accountant (FCA), he holds a PPE degree from Oxford and an MBA from Stanford.

Jonathan oversees finance and operations, ensuring robust financial management and portfolio support. An Oxford Engineering Science graduate and Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), he has co-founded and scaled businesses to successful exits, including Golfbidder and a £30m turnover mobile phone recycling company.

Gaelle connects investors to high-growth opportunities. She spent 20 years in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers before founding a coaching and mentoring business. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, she is a former Triathlon World and European Champion.

Paul identifies and evaluates technology and engineering investments. He has eight years in venture capital and a decade in M&A and SME finance, having led corporate finance teams at a top accountancy firm and a private equity boutique. An Oxford MEng graduate, he specialised in nanotechnology fuel cell research.

Ally supports early-stage fundraising and follow-on rounds, keeping investors engaged and informed. With a decade of venture capital experience, she has held portfolio management and board observer roles across Seed to pre-Series A companies. A Duke University graduate, she is fluent in Mandarin.
