Teacher Booker has made significant progress on multiple fronts in recent weeks.
- Service 4 Schools has signed a full commercial agreement to onboard schools across the West Midlands to the Teacher Booker platform. They have trained members of the sales staff and will be targeting up to 400 schools during 2019.
- Another, similar service provider is in the final stages of contract discussion and aims to purchase bulk platform licences for resale totalling up to £500k. They have already started to provide introductions to local authorities and traded services companies representing hundreds of schools.
- Teacher Booker is in advanced discussion with four of the UK’s ten largest Multi-Academy Trusts, which together represent over 200 schools.
- In addition, a direct referral scheme has been agreed with Capita Staff Absence Management Ltd (SAM), which is active in 350 schools, and resold in a further 21,000 schools via Capital SIMS, with whom Teacher Booker have had initial discussions.
- Teacher Booker has invested initial funds raised on Growthdeck into a range of new marketing initiatives, including a presence at key trade events that has generated a large number of promising leads, search engine optimisation and content marketing that has doubled organic website traffic, and forging close relationships with key education journalists and influencers.
