Growthdeck has a nominee structure - meaning that we group together all the individual investors in a company which we will manage. You are still the beneficial owner of the shares with full economic interest in them, but you won’t be issued with a share certificate. It means less paperwork for you and enables Growthdeck to act on behalf of the grouped investors when liaising with the investee company – for example, in the event of a future rights issue or on sale of the company.
