We are pleased to announce that WebTicketManager has now received Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) Advance Assurance from HMRC.
This means that the investment opportunity should qualify for the attractive tax reliefs available under the EIS, which include 30% initial income tax relief and tax-free capital gains on exit, so long as the shares are held for at least three years.
Obtaining this Assurance allows us to offer an extra layer of confidence to our investors that the investment will be eligible for the relevant tax reliefs.
